3. User Eligibility

To use this App, you must be a licensed healthcare or aesthetic practitioner. By registering, you confirm that you:

• Are qualified under local laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Will use the App strictly for professional and lawful purposes

4. Patient Data and Confidentiality

You are responsible for handling patient data in accordance with relevant data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. This includes:

• Obtaining patient consent before storing or uploading any identifiable data or images
• Ensuring that your use of the App complies with your clinic's and jurisdiction's data protection standards
• Using secure devices and internet connections to prevent unauthorized access

5. Image Upload and Use

The App allows image uploads and webcam captures to support clinical decision-making. You agree:

• Not to upload images without prior patient consent
• That images are stored for professional reference only and not for public or marketing use
• That image-based tools are for visual reference and not for diagnostic purposes

6. Treatment Planning and Pricing

Treatment plans, pricing estimates, and dosage recommendations generated in Assess Pro are:

• Support tools only and not substitutes for your own clinical judgment
• Based on pre-set values and templates which you can edit
• Subject to change and may not reflect real-time clinical or regional pricing

7. Currency and Clinic Customization

You can customize:

• Currency settings to match your region
• Clinic branding by uploading your clinic logo and setting preferences under "My Profile"

Note: Changing your pricing settings will only affect future treatment plans, not those already generated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Assess Pro is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for:

• Any harm caused by reliance on the App's outputs
• Errors due to incorrect input or user misunderstanding
• Downtime, bugs, or data loss from system failure or internet issues

9. Intellectual Property

All features, content, design, and software of Assess Pro are the intellectual property of Art-Codes, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or republish any part of the App without prior written consent.

10. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features without prior notice
• Implement updates that may change the layout, workflows, or functionality
• Require you to update the App to continue use

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:
